SLR Digital Cameras use CF Memory Cards.  With the larger picture files that these cameras take you will need a larger memory card.  I use a 1 GB SanDisk SDCFX3 Extreme III with my Canon Rebel XT.  This is a good balance between cost and performance.  If you take a lot of pictures on your vacation or plan to shoot a wedding you may want one of the bigger cards.  Below are three cards to choose from.
